Is there a charge if my item fails?
If your item fails, there is a small fee to cover the costs of our technicians time for assessing your equipment.
How often should I have my equipment calibrated?
We recommend having your equipment calibrated every 12 months unless otherwise stated in your company policy. For heavy use items, we recommend 6 monthly calibrations to maintain adequate safety standards and to extend the life span of your equipment.
Do you travel to site to complete calibrations?
Can items be repaired if they are broken?
Some items can be repaired, depending on the extent of the damage and what the fault is. If your item is not able to be repaired, where possible our technicians can provide a free quote to replace your equipment.
Do you offer free quotes?
We are able to provide free quotes for both on and offsite calibration, equipment repairs & new products.
Is Industry Scientific a NATA certified laboratory?
Industry Scientific uses NATA certified equipment in their laboratory with a quality assured policy.
Why should you calibrate your equipment?
Over time, equipment can start to degrade due to wear and tear which can result in inaccurate measurements and possible safety concerns. We recommend regularly calibrating your equipment to ensure it stays in optimal working order and is therefore always accurate and reliable.
