Hand Dynamometer Calibration

Hand dynamometers are commonly used by professionals such as Occupational Therapists for measuring hand strength of patients who have carpal tunnel syndrome, as well as hand nerve and tendon injuries. Over time due to general wear and tear, overuse, and misuse (dropping equipment), hand dynamometers can lose their accuracy. So, whilst it is important to ensure that the user of the equipment is adequately trained to minimise user error, it is equally important to ensure that the device is calibrated to provide consistently correct readings.
Regular calibration will ensure that your hand dynamometers stay reliable and that they are able to provide the most accurate results for your patients. Our state-of-the-art laboratory ensures accurate and reliable calibration of your equipment, recommended to be performed every twelve months. For your convenience, we will automatically send you a reminder when your equipment is due for recalibration.
